These have absolutely amazing sound quality. The noise canceling is perfect. I would take these over any "high end" headphones with out question. If you want a decent priced quality acoustic set of headphones look no further.

I use these headphones daily and the sound quality is premium. Also the material is durable which is important because I use them at the gym. 
Noise canceling- 9/10 It's cancels almost all the noise 
Transparency mode-8/10 background noise too loud 
Normal-9/10 is right in the middle as expected. 
Battery is great I charge it once every 2 weeks after daily use.
