What payment methods do you accept?

How do I track my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped.

Do Mave products have a warranty?

How do I file a warranty claim?

To begin a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department at info@themavemall.com and enter "warranty claim" in the subject line. Please include the following information into your email:

  • Photo of the damaged case showing the issue
  • Order number
  • Brief description of the issue

What should I do if I received the wrong item(s)?

We are so sorry about that! If we sent you an incorrect item in your order, click the “Contact” link below and provide us with your order number and the item(s) you’re missing or received by accident. We’ll handle the issue ASAP!

My item(s) arrived damaged. What do I do?

We are VERY sorry about that! As we try our best to provide exceptional service, some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen. If your order arrived damaged, click the “Contact” link below and provide us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item(s). We will help get this resolved ASAP!
