• Are the keys backlit? Can I adjust the brightness?

• What should I do if tapping the trackpad doesn't work?

  If the trackpad is unresponsive when you tap it, "Tap to Click" must be enabled. To turn it on, go to Setting > General > Trackpad > Turn on "Tap to Click"
